A Fall Networking Meeting Reception & Dinner

 

Passed Hors d'oeuvres 

  • Shitake and green onion dumplings
  • Vietnamese rice paper rolls with a cilantro lime sauce
  • Sushi—vegetarian and with smoked tuna

 Dinner

  • Green salad with pears and pomegranate seeds and citrus vinaigrette
  • Grilled Tofu and eggplant skewers with Napa cabbage, fried shallots and a sweet miso sauce
  • Green beans with almonds
  • Grilled Halibut with Napa Cabbage, fried shallots and a sweet miso sauce

Dessert

  • Fall fruit compote with pears, apples, quince, figs and raspberries served with vanilla ice cream

Drinks—to be passed

  • Local Santa Cruz mountain wines, both red and white
  • Fresh ginger lime spritzer with mint
